How messy does the dog get when wearing these? Does it require baths afterwards?

How secure is the wrap. I've purchased another brand and the Velcro was week and it was off dog in no time.

To find the best fit for your pet, a waist measurement is needed. The Small Wrap will fit a waist size of 12 to 18 inches, Medium from 18 to 23.5 inches and Large of 23.5 to 31.5 inches.
My 4 yr old jack Russell can't hold his bladder while I'm away at work for 10hrs. will this work well and can he wear it for 10hrs straight?
