My dogs are so sick

I had no idea there was a recall! I just saw that Chewy emailed me. I had no idea why my dogs were throwing up and had diarrhea. I have cleaned my floors and their beds so many times. I put them on boiled chicken and rice a few times thinking they were just sick, but as soon as we went back to this food, they were sick again! I was starting to think someone was throwing food over our fence. I wish I had been notified sooner. Thank you Chewy for letting me know offering a discount to switch their food.

Other than the current Victor dog food recall, I use and highly recommend this product. It seems to keep my dogs satisfied longer than any other dog food i've ever tried. Will be glad when the recall is taken care of so we can get back to buying Victor. Would also like to mention how freaking awesome and prompt chewy's customer service is. They informed me of the recall and refunded my account within hours.

Ball dropped on this one chewy!

I have been feeding this food to my dog for the last three years. She has suddenly refused to eat her food and had dropped a lot of weight because of it. I figured maybe she’s just not as hungry in her golden years but come to find out there is a recall and this food is discontinued?? I’d really like to know why. I’m disappointed I have a 50lb bag of dog food that’s rather costly now and won’t be eaten. Chewy you should have sent out a notice to your customers about the recall and the discontinued food.

My last bag.

The last bag I order was recalled. For a few years ,I always got Victor. No problem. The last bag I notice my dog had loose stool. My friend who has a shepherd, also used Victor. Her dog passed away yesterday. She was so upset. So I threw out my bag of dog food. Had to find something she would like. Since she always ate VICTOR the yellow bag. Is there any thing that come close to that.

Loved this food. Have been feedmy 3 gsds with this . My boyfriend and my nephew and daughter also use . Soooo bummed about the recall. Will they be bringing it back???? Noone seems to know anything or tell anyone anything?? One of my dogs suffers from slo so switching food really sucks

Had to stop using

I've given my 2 dogs Victor Multi Pro for over a year but this last time the dogs seemed to be picky over the food and sometimes not finishing it. I also noticed more powder type cumbs in the bag then ever before. Could of just been from rough handling but not sure. Both my dogs ended up with gastrointestinal issues and several vet visits to get them cleared up. Victor has changed their formula and this new formula does not agree with my pets stomachs. Super bummed because we use to love this brand.
