  • Not a bad food at all!

    By on

i bought this one instead of the chicken because it gave me 10 more pounds of feed and it was like $8 less. I was trying to get more bang for my buck. But I will go back to the chicken, because my dogs like the small pellets better, it has more protein, and less grain %. It is just a personal choice. As I mix the two victors. and two costco natural balance foods, thats 4 bags of food I mix for all 21 of my dogs, because I raise dogs ranging from 1 1/2 pounds up to 115 pounds, and I want and need something that will satisfy and work for them all. And this works for me, and gives them the best coat, best stool, and healthy digestive tract I have experienced in years.!!

  • not sure what to think

My little girl is having this for the first time. First couple of days she ate the food without hesitation. Now it's a hit a miss and her hot spots are not clearing up. I will still resume to see if there are any improvements. If not, have to switch again. Will update in the near future if I recommend or not.

  • Love Chewy

My "golden" seem to like this new food! I'm trying to keep them away from Chicken as another brother is allergic. So far so good although I am trying other foods from Chewy.

  • Dogs loved it!

I usually order the Victor Senior dry food, but it was out of stock. My 4 dogs loved this substitution. I plan on mixing this with the Senior for my next order.

  • Great for homes with more than 1 dog/with dif needs

I have two dogs: one senior dog who had trouble keeping weight on, and a much younger dog who was constantly putting on too much weight. I was feeding them inexpensive grocery store brand food. When I saw my older dog eating her feces I asked the vet and she said that can happen when a dog is not digesting food thoroughly and suggested I try a different brand of food, and after doing some research I tried Victors. Worth it! The recommended feeding amount is less than the cheaper brand and still both dogs--within a month of switching--are both at their proper weights. They are obviously digesting it better too since the clean up on walks is significantly less volume and my old girl has stopped I have two dogs: one senior dog who had trouble keeping weight on, and a much younger dog who was constantly putting on too much weight. • Great product

    By on

I've been buying Victor at my feed store for a while now so I already knew it is a great product. But getting it from chewy at a great price and it being delivered right to my door is a big Win,Win.

  • Victor Beef Meal and Brown Rice

    By on

I was told about this food from a friend. My older boxer wasn't wanting to eat his grain free food. I ordered this and no more problems with eating and it also seems his stomach has been calmer, with no gas and gurgling. I think all this grain free food is not so great for animals unless they have allergies.

  • Awesome Quality Dog Food!!!

    By on

This is just one of the many different Victor formulas I feed my two kids. This one is their favorite by far!! They gobble this flavor down so fast I can hardly keep up with them! I have been so pleased by Victors products. I love the fact that they have so many formulas that are "All Life Stages" so I can feed my 3 year old Sheltie and my 6 month old Rottie pup the same thing and save money and avoid stealing from eachother! And as always, whenever I order from Chewy.com, my product arrives well packed, free from damage, and is shipped very quickly! Thank you so much Victor for you excellent quality products and thank you Chewy.com for your excellent service!

  • Victor Select Beef Meal and Brown Rice dry dog food...

so far so good. I have trouble being able to feed any one product for too long. I have dogs with allergies, sensitive stomach, etc. Most foods have chicken, and now a great percentage of foods contain peas. Both high allergy as well as peas can cause digestive issues. This seems to be working for now, but i've had to increase the amount fed because my dogs seem to be more hungry on this food. This does not contain either.
