  • Good but boring to my dog

    By on

I love the volume I get for the price and like that it's gluten free. Compared to foods with chicken in it, his stools are better but not perfect. He also seems to pick at this and often needs a topper to eat most of it. He has sometimes skipped breakfast completely, which he has never done on the Victor chicken with Lamb. I'll probably switch brands and see how that goes but I seem to always rotate back to a Victor product

  • I thought beef and rice were boring!

    By on

Another winner for us, when it comes to good food; good for skin and tummies that are sensitive, and good for their taste buds. As long as it's good quality, good for the kids, the price is right, they like it and eat it......................mama's happy. Then everybody's happy, right?

  • Not a bad food at all!

    By on

i bought this one instead of the chicken because it gave me 10 more pounds of feed and it was like $8 less. I was trying to get more bang for my buck. But I will go back to the chicken, because my dogs like the small pellets better, it has more protein, and less grain %. It is just a personal choice. As I mix the two victors. and two costco natural balance foods, thats 4 bags of food I mix for all 21 of my dogs, because I raise dogs ranging from 1 1/2 pounds up to 115 pounds, and I want and need something that will satisfy and work for them all. And this works for me, and gives them the best coat, best stool, and healthy digestive tract I have experienced in years.!!

  • Great food but too pricey

    By on

This is a good dog food. My dogs like it. Their coats look great. The price on Chewy is $12.00 more than I can buy from my local store.

  • not sure what to think

    By on

My little girl is having this for the first time. First couple of days she ate the food without hesitation. Now it's a hit a miss and her hot spots are not clearing up. I will still resume to see if there are any improvements. If not, have to switch again. Will update in the near future if I recommend or not.

My "golden" seem to like this new food! I'm trying to keep them away from Chicken as another brother is allergic. So far so good although I am trying other foods from Chewy.

  • Dogs loved it!

I usually order the Victor Senior dry food, but it was out of stock. My 4 dogs loved this substitution. I plan on mixing this with the Senior for my next order.
