I have two adult dogs who have no food allergies, plus a puppy who is allergic to chicken in kibble. She enjoys this food. Well, she enjoys all food, and even all non-food. More importantly to me, she digests it well and she FINALLY has great poops. We started her with the lamb kibble of this brand, then discovered she has a moderate sensitivity to lamb (we did a food sensitivity test) so we switched her to the salmon, just to be safe.

I have a 5-year-old doodle who has had digestive issues since birth. I finally did some more in-depth research and found this brand. Since the price was only moderately higher, I thought I'd give it a try. I'm pleased to say that she stopped eating our plant! I am now weaning both my dogs off the other brand that contained grains, and I will be sticking to Victor!

The pellets are pretty small for a large breed, but more importantly, I know my dogs aren't digesting enough of the ingredients, because both times I've used this (a big 30lb bag), my dogs stool volume increased significantly. Their stool is smallest volume when they're given raw, because they're properly processing more of the meat, and there's no filler, only 15% vegetales. But this food increased the output compared to other good quality foods too. Won't buy again.

My dog likes it but

My Olde English Bulldogge has to eat lamb based food. I was feeding the Victor Lamb and Brown Rice with great success but saw this and thought it would be even better

My Olde English Bulldogge has to eat lamb based food. I was feeding the Victor Lamb and Brown Rice with great success but saw this and thought it would be even better. Not so. His poops have been pure liquid and very light on this food, compared to the dark, firm poops he had on the lamb and brown rice. I’m going back to that formula. Maybe it’s the sweet potato that doesn’t agree with him. I stall I really like Victor food though. I’ve tried other brands and keep coming back to it.

I have 2 Frug sisters (3/4 Frenchie 1/4 Pug). Both have seasonal allergies, 1 more than the other. Hoping this helps with their sensitive skin issues. Got the dog food today and instantly my pups could smell it and were going wild to get into it. I poured some out and they went crazy for it without hesitation. Hoping that's a positive sign that they will adjust to this brand and the food helps them!!

My pups love Victor for sensitive skin. I’m not sure yet if it helps with their skin even though they’ve been eating it for 2-3 months. The issues could be weather related. It’s a little pricey but we want to use grain free.

My Boston terrier is sensitive to so many things that I have to be careful what I expose her to. Recently, dog food has caused her a lot of issues and I have been trying to find one that she can tolerate. Either she won’t eat it, it smells disgusting or fishy, or she’s scratching and throwing up. I decided to try this food because it’s for sensitive skin and stomach, fish was not the first ingredient, and it was grain free. Chewy shipped it super fast which was helpful! She likes it and most importantly no scratching or throwing up. I like that it doesn’t smell bad or fishy and that it doesn’t cause her any problems. Hopefully this is one I will be able to stay with.

Our 13 yr old Brittany will eat anything, but she pauses and stares at us when we put this in her bowl. We've had to add a little of our other dog's kibble to get her to eat. I ordered it because she has had some skin infections and intermittent diarrhea, that hasn't changed. So we'll go back the chicken and rice she seems to like better. P.S. the kibble size is very small, like cat food size kibbel

Willie loves this new food. Seems to be working well for him. Easy for him to digest.. he can’t wait to eat it. Pleased with the results so far.
