My cat was diagnosed with EPI and his vet prescribed this powder. It was a miserable experience for the cat and for us. He would not touch food with the powder added, and we were forced to syringe feed him food with the powder in. As this is a lifetime treatment, we negotiated with our vet to switch to tablets, which the vet says are not as effective, but we break up the tablets, put them in tiny cubes of cheddar cheese and the cat has them as an appetizer. He is now gaining weight and there is no distress. Sorry to give a negative review, I am sure the powder is a great treatment for EPI, but if your pet won't eat it, it doesn't help. And it is very expensive.

This was a good enzyme to help when the pancreas is not processing food. But you have to wait the 10-15 min for it to activate in the food before giving it to your pet. I wish I had know about this when my Macy had bad gas. It was the start to her pancreatic cancer and didn't start using this until she was diagnosed a year later. It's also too bad that it is so expensive. I did have to use another less costly one called Epizyme, but it had the same amt of the three enzymes needed and worked just as well.

Too incredibly expensive!

This medication worked fine, but needing to be on enzymes the rest of her life, I cannot afford something that's over $450. a month!!

It’s like a miracle!

Yes this is outrageously expensive but it does exactly as intended for my 5.5lb 10yr old chihuahua with EPI. He’s like a new dog! Went from wasting away at 3.5lbs

Yes this is outrageously expensive but it does exactly as intended for my 5.5lb 10yr old chihuahua with EPI. He’s like a new dog! Went from wasting away at 3.5lbs to a healthy 5.5lbs in just 2 months. Sadly he must stay on it forever, but years of many many vet visits until the internist specialist finally suspected EPI and ran the expensive test.
