Virbantel Chewable Flavored Tablets for Medium & Large Dogs, 25.1-200 lbs, 1 chewable flavored tablet

My vet placed 2 prescriptions on Wednesday and I received an email confirming and that Chewy would let me know when it shipped. I took it upon myself to call the next day (Thurs) because I didn't understand how the payment had been made. CS Rep initially said that vets can not place presecrips and there was no pending order. I persisted and he was able to find the prescrips. He put in the order and charged me, but did not tell me what I was paying for. There were 2 prescrips - 1 for each dog! First, that was messed up . . I have 1 dog (Dakota) that weighs 60 lbs and needed 2 tablets, and 1 dog (Shadee) that weighs 26 lbs and only needed 1 tablet. The CS Rep only charged me for 2 tablets, but I didn't know that because the statement, that I received by email, didn't list what I had paid for! Then, I get an email stating that my order was in process, but, again, didn't state 'what' was being processed. THREE DAYS later (Sunday), I get a call from a pharmacy tech that my larger dog needed 2 tablets . . yes, and that's what the prescription called for. So, I get charged AGAIN because I'm told that I was only charged for 1 tablet for her! Even though my vet submitted the prescrip on Wed., the tech told me "it was only confirmed on Friday". WHY would you need to 'confirm' a prescrip that was directly placed by the vet 2 days earlier? Then, I'm told it will be sent from Louisville, KY . . I live in Ocala, FL . . there is a Chewy warehouse here! My vet assumed I would have the prescrips the next day . . but NO, I ended up receiving them 9 DAYS later! I notified my vet on Monday of the problems I was having and she notified her representative. I did receive an email on Monday stating that my order had shipped. On Tuesday, I received another email that my order had shipped! Then, I got ANOTHER call from a pharmacy tech that my dog Shadee needed 2 tablets . . NOOOO, she's only 26 lbs and needs 1 tablet! I'm supposed to repeat this process in a few weeks and have asked my vet to make other arrangements! PLEASE make your prescription process, that comes directly from a vet, better for the customer, because this was a nightmare!
