I like freeze dried raw food for my pup, however, these seem a little too raw (smile). They're a reddish brown color and when you cut them into smaller pieces (each one is too large to serve whole) you can see the arteries and the dried blood, gross. Yes, my little Sunshine loves them but I can't stand the sight of them.

My dogs LOVE them. In fact, I am getting ready to order the larger bag. I like them because I know it's a perfect nutritional treat for my little fur-babies.
Great taurine rich treat!

I ordered these for my senior basenji mix. She loves anything freeze dried and I recently learned dogs need taurine and decided to give chicken hearts a go. She loves them! My only two complaints is that 1. They smell NASTY. 2. They’re hard to crumble unless most other freeze dried foods. I got the excess oils (and red stuff which I can assume was leftover dried blood) from it all over my hands, so wash your hands after! But, I guess those are just things that come with raw organs. Lol. All in all a good purchase.
My Cheetohs Love these!

I have 2 Cheetoh kittens and they go crazy for the dehydrated chicken hearts. When they hear me grab the bag they come running and will do anything for them. My dogs love them too, but I reserve them for the kitties. The dogs will eat anything, the Cheetohs only want the best. I’ve tried all types of treats for them, and they turn up their noses, but not to the chicken hearts. The hearts are big for their tiny mouths, but they manage just fine.

My salty is a very picky Shepard with a very sensitive tummy! He loves these treats and they don’t upset his tummy so it’s a win win!

Cat is crazy for chicken hearts

I bought these for my cat after watching some Dark Lord ASMR vids on YouTube. I throw these across the room and the cat chases and scarfs it down like his life depends on it.
Dog loved these; pieces are big

Dog is taking a nose work class and I used these as treats for the hides. These are very motivating and high-value. Note: these are whole hearts so one bag won't last that long if you feed a whole treat to your dog each time. I tried to break them up with my hands but many of them crumbled. If you don't mind large treats, they're great. Otherwise you might want to cut them up with a knife in advance.
