Tried to contact manufacturer customer service about food getting stuck and never received a reply. Waste of money. Can't depend on it if you travel and want to make sure your pet is fed.

We’ve been using one for years and recently my Petlibro feeder began malfunctioning. In a state of panic, I jumped on Chewy and bought this feeder and it works great! Pros Large food storage. I also like that it’s transparent so that I can see when I need to refill. Easy to setup the schedule and portions with the app. Can get notifications of successful feeds. Camera can be turned on to get funny photos. Reliable! Cons It would be nice if you didn’t need the app to use this. Not a con for everyone, but I don’t need the camera function and actually covered it with black tape because our feeder is in a bathroom.

I knew within 5 minutes of opening the box it wasn’t going to be a good product. Very light weight and cheap. The main issue is the top half does not secure tightly
I knew within 5 minutes of opening the box it wasn’t going to be a good product. Very light weight and cheap. The main issue is the top half does not secure tightly to the base causing several issues. The bottom half base has all the mechanics and the top is just a food container that fits into a groove, twists and “locks” into place. Problem is it doesn’t lock and is very loose. I knew immediately that at some point the cat would knock it off and cause the food to spill out the bottom opening all over the floor. We set it up at 5 and by 11 he’d done it. Luckily we were awake or else he would’ve been binging all night. Second major issue with this loose fit is that there’s no seal to keep the food fresh. I guarantee if you’re using a protein based, grain free dry food it’ll be spoiling before you get through a load. That in itself is a safety issue for your pet. This is a terrible product. The other frustrating part is how temperamental the app connection is. I got it to connect easily at first but unplugged the unit to put it where it’ll live and then had to spend 30 minutes trying to reconnect the device to the app by reconnecting to the internet, deleting the app and reinstalling, unplugging the feeder, etc. it just kept “failing” to connect. Eventually I got it back, but lord forbid I have to unplug it again. I will be requesting a return and refund from chewy immediately.
Nice automatic feeder with WiFi camera
This is a really nice automatic feeder with WiFi camera functionality. It was pretty easy to setup and once done, my cats were all over it when it distills food

It's a pretty cool feeder. It's easy to set up and program. And the camera is great to check in and/or see how often they are eating. Or to see if the dog is stealing
