My cats have started to like this fountain, and I will continue to use it. However, the design of the product could have been much improved: The bowl is dark, which makes the fill level hard to see. The creator decided to put a light on the pump to aide in seeing how full the bowl is, but the light shines out of the back, near the cable exit, not the front, so it doesn't illuminate the fill level in a visible way. When trying to turn the light, the filter casts a shadow that makes it look half-full at all times. In short, there's no really good configuration to have the light shine to illuminate the fill level while not casting a shadow. In the future, I hope the light shines forward, unobstructed by the filter, so that the cable isn't twisted around the bowl. (The simple solution is to put the filter on the side, or on the back where the cable exits, not the front.)

Very disappointed, its super deceiving that they say it's stainless steel basin. The only part that stainless steel is the top. The entire container that holds the water is some type of plastic and nowhere does it say if it's BPA free or not I would never use this for my dogs.

Perfect height for small dog but with plenty of capacity!

Was searching for a smaller water fountain that would accommodate a small Yorkshire terrier mix breed, but with plenty of capacity to avoid having to fill often. The height of the bowls edge is just over 4” high, which is perfect for our dog and with 84oz capacity this fit the bill perfectly. The pump is quiet enough that it cannot be heard over the quiet trickle of water. I was also happy to see the pump is powered by a low voltage USB-A cord with an included power brick. Very happy with the product.
