Wahl #7F blade - excellent!

I have two Bernese Mountain Dogs with thick, dense, wavy double coats. Grooming them is a true challenge, but Wahl #7F blade certainly made the process much easier. I

I have two Bernese Mountain Dogs with thick, dense, wavy double coats. Grooming them is a true challenge, but Wahl #7F blade certainly made the process much easier. I used #7F blade with my Wahl KM Supera clipper (which came with #10 blade) to handle mats, shave hot spot areas and groom their bodies. Both #10 and #7F blades are amazing and provide precise clean cut, however, I found that the #7F blade performed slightly better in cutting mats away. It glided through my dogs’ fur and made the grooming quicker. The blade is stainless steel, high-quality, and sharp yet safe to use. It did not pull or snag and it made the process comfortable for my dogs. The cut was nice and even. Overall, it is a great grooming tool for thick and double coated dogs. I plan to buy additional blades. Highly recommended!

Reviewed with the trimmer: Impressive! Wow, it easily trims thick dog hair. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats, I've used it on Ollie, our King Charles Cavalier (KCC), ear hair. If a KCC thick ear hair doesn't get trim often it can lead to ear infections. Ollie, willingly sat for his trim. The trimmer sound did not bother him so close to his ears knowing he will have relief from the thick hair causing heat under his ears. The only suggestion is that it is slightly heavier than other trimmers but this one has a large battery for longer lasting use. Unlike other trimmers that tend to run out of battery power quickly, this will last a lot longer. It seems to be ergonomic as I'm petite and it fits nicely to hold.

Great on cat's messy fur
