Bad blades

It is cutting lines in the fur. Every blade I got from Chewey is cutting lines. They are horrible.

Quiet

It has a much lower frequency and softer sound than my old clippers and I love the shape of the case that make it easier to hold. If you want to use the clip on

It has a much lower frequency and softer sound than my old clippers and I love the shape of the case that make it easier to hold. If you want to use the clip on guards/combs you need to have a #30 blade as they will not work with the #10 blade that comes with the clipper.

Blade snags

Unfortunately this blade snags. Happens, no big deal. However, when I contacted customer service I only got a very generic response that didn't address my issue

Unfortunately this blade snags. Happens, no big deal. However, when I contacted customer service I only got a very generic response that didn't address my issue at all telling me to give my dog more belly rubs. For a company that states how great their customer service is and that it's no hassle returns/replacements this is very frustrating.

Stop working after a few times

I use it on my dog for a few times, already dull and couldn’t cut the hair. I like the 10 blade that came with the Wahl shaver, just not this blade.
