Do not purchase this mane and tail brush

The first time I used this brush the bristles broke right off the brush! The brush snaps back together but will break right back off once you start brushing again!

Not very strong

Was excited to get this brush, but after using it for 15 minutes to brush/detangle my horses tail it fell apart. The brush head separated from the handle. It has a few prongs that were pushed into the handle. I brought it home and had my husband glue the prongs back into the handle. Now it works like it's supposed to.
