FAQ

Are your supplements made in the USA?

Yes our supplements are made in the USA. We are a family owned Minnesota based company. We even have our own Elk Ranch in Sturgeon Lake MN.

How soon will I see a difference in my pets mobility?

On average you can notice a difference with your pets in 7 - 10 days.

Can I give my cat and dog the same product?

You can. It is all about the serving size. The spoon is much smaller for the cat serving. It is about half of the dog serving size.

Which is better, the pills or powder?

They are the same thing in 2 different forms. It really depends on what will work best for your dog. The pills can be easier to give your pet because you can feed them like a treat.

Can you use the powder and tinctures together?

Yes! They work great together, especially the mobility and strength. It's a great combo for working dogs, agility dogs, and hunting dogs.

Why is it so expensive for such a little bottle?

The cost per serving is much less than most other supplements on the market. Our serving size is tiny. That means much less calories and it makes it easier to give finicky pets.

I thought all parts of chrysanthemum plants are potentially toxic to dogs and cats, so how can you use this in your products?

We use only the flower petals NOT the stem, leaves or the center from WILD flowers. Also we use a minute amount for natural antibiotic and antiviral functions. Also it clears heat, which Elk Velvet Antler is a hot protein so it balances that and helps eliminates toxins.

Why should I include vitamins & supplements in my pet's diet?

Most commercial pet foods include baseline vitamins and nutrients, but some may not have the adequate amount to suit your pet's exact health needs. Like in humans, vitamins and supplements can help support your pet's long-term health, regulating everything from digestion to muscle growth. Consult your veterinarian to determine the best vitamins and supplements for your furry friend.

How often should I give this supplement to my pet?

It is recommended to give the suggested dosage based off your pet's weight. Please refer to the Feeding Instructions tab and consult with your veterinarian for more information.

Is this supplement safe to use with the medication my pet is currently taking?

If your pet has a medical condition and is taking other medication, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian to ensure that this supplement is safe to use.

My pet is allergic to certain ingredients, will this product be safe to use?

For a complete list of ingredients, click on the 'Nutritional Info' tab, next to the 'Description' tab, just under the product photos. If you are unsure about the safety of this product for your pet, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian.

    Agree with another reviewer.

I generally do not like to write negative reviews but I have to agree with a previous reviewer. I have used this product for my 12 year old 20# dog for quite a while. He only gets one of the scoops in the morning and one at night. We have never gotten the full use of the jar as about 3/4 of the way through we are met by the product turning rock hard at the bottom Of the jar. The expiration dates are always generous. The jar always comes with a moisture packet that is never thrown away. Our home is temperature controlled. Throwing it away, at the time, really was not an issue. But now with the uncertainty in our country money does not go as far. Throwing away 1/4 of the jar will really I generally do not like to write negative reviews but I have to agree with a previous reviewer. I also wondered if moisture, or some other force, turns the products into something that takes strength to chip out of the bottom,.....what happens when it reaches the moisture rich insides of my dog? The manufacture’s response to my inquiry was that it also comes in a tablet form. That did not help. I am going to discontinue it’s use for now. I may regret it in 30 days and may have to just just accept the unacceptable....but we will see. … more

    I'd Swear She's Getting Worse

    By on

13 yr. old lab with hip trouble. Unsure how long it takes this stuff to work, but surely by now it should be helping (about 2 weeks or so). Rather than just having trouble getting up she now sometimes can't get up. I've seen no improvement and I'm concerned were actually sending her the other direction. Going to give it a short while longer and keep a close eye.

Paired with a half capsule Vitalitus PEA twice a day, this is keeping my dog active and comfortable. It is very effective for him. I can't recommend this highly enough.

    Love Mobility

    By on

I have used this for two of my dogs per my holistic vet. They get it right in their food and gobble it up. Hard to believe such a small amount can make so much difference, but it really helped my middle aged kids move more easily. I am thrilled Chewy carries this, as previously I got it thru my vet and it often would take a week to ten days to receive it. Recommend it for aging dogs where glucosamine products might not be working.

    An Amazing Product

    By on

My 10 year-old Heeler mix has arthritis in her knees. The arthritis causes her knee to catch or lock as she steps forward causing her to drag her paw. Prior to using Wapiti Labs, her paw would drag about every other step, but now that she has been on the supplement she rarely ever has issues. I started to see improvement within a week of starting. I recommend Wapiti Labs every chance I get!

    Total miracle

    By on

We have been giving our 17yr. old Minpin and 11 yr. old Doberman Mobility supplement for about two years now and have been amazed at the difference in both of them. They were both suffering from what I believe is arthritis. Now they move around like they did five years ago. Great product and all natural too!

    Phenomenal supplement!

All natural ingredients not only great for joint issues but also for overall health. My girl has a loose patella and since she started this supplement 5 1/2 years ago she has never had it pop out of place once. She is also an active and super healthy 7 year old husky border mix.

This product is an excellent supplement.

    By on

My 7 1/2 yr old lab has been using this now about 1 year together with Dasuquin and this has made a huge difference in her energy and overall mobility. Best decision I could have made was to start her on this product.

    Recommended by orthopedic vet

    By on

My dog has arthritis and the vet prescribed elk antler velvet, along with other supplements, and with P/T to avoid a hip replacement. Since being on the elk antler velvet, she has been doing great and has been able to reduce the amount of Rimadyl she needs to a 1/4 of the prior dose.
