I agree with all the negative feedbacks stating it can been very frustrating to get the bottom aligned properly and the handles need improving, but I've been using this waterer for a long time and found that once you get used to putting the bottom on properly and the fact that it doesn't leak unless it's placed on an unlevel surface it's a fantastic waterer. I do need to note that I have mine sitting on bricks and not hanging from anything. I don't think the handles will hold up very long under that much pressure. I currently own 9 and have had 2 handles break but the very 1st one I purchased more than 5 years ago is still working perfectly and I plan on purchasing more as my flock increases.

This waterer needs some improvement
Bought 4. 3 handles broke after about 2 weeks. I fabricated wire handles for them. I propped the 4th one up with a cinder block for now. Very difficult to get the

problems with this water device
I bought two of the same exact water device and had the same problems aligning the tabs to fit to lock the base on. Finally got that down, then the handles broke
I bought two of the same exact water device and had the same problems aligning the tabs to fit to lock the base on. Finally got that down, then the handles broke off. I tied a cord rope on. Next the green base broke super easily and snapped off so the thing is useless. I came looking for replacement bases for my top pieces. Nothing. Chewy company is great. This water device, not so great.
