This bungalow comes in 3 sizes and may be used with a wide variety of small pets. The Small measures 6 x 4 x 6 inches, the Medium measures 7 x 11 x 6.75 inches, and the Large measures 9 x 15.25 x 8 inches (length x width x height). We recommend measuring your pet for the perfect fit.

Cute little house

I got the medium for my guinea pigs. For starters, you need to assemble this yourself. Make sure you have some non-toxic glue on hand, because the glue that came with it was already dried out. A couple holes were not drilled properly, but with a bit of finessing I got it together. It's cute. I'd probably get the large size if I were to order this again.

My chinchilla loves this.

As some reviews mentioned, the holes do not line up exactly but that was easily corrected with a hammer a screwdriver to slightly enlarge hole. I did not use the glue as my chinchilla adores dismantling her toys. While the price (I got a medium) is a bit high, based on my chinchilla's enjoyment in chewing her house I would not hesitate to buy this item again. She (adult chinchilla) just fits in the medium size so it probably would not be good as a primary hideout.

Piggies did not enjoy

For starters, it is very cute and I like the aesthetic of it. But I got the medium for my guinea pigs and none of my 3 girls use it. It was very difficult to put together since none of the pegs and holes lined up and not worth all the time I spent putting it together. It's also just too small for my pigs which sucks.

not very carefully made

It seems that the drilled holes in the "roof" part were off by about 1/4", but happily the wood was soft enough that a flat-blade screwdriver inserted into the original hole widened it enough to fit. The tiny bottle of glue that comes with the item was also "pre-dried", so I threw it out and got some Gorilla wood glue. I hope that the guinea pigs will enjoy it after all of the special effort that it required... it looks to be about the right size for them.

Falling Apart

For forty dollars the wood should be much sturdier than it is. The glue would not even hold the pieces together so it’s super wobbly, I’m going to have to buy more non toxic glue. I love the set up, I just wish it was made better. Would not purchase again or recommend
