Amazing company call out

I had ordered 4 of these for my chins, two had come broken. Chewy took it upon themselves to replace them! I just received the two new ones today. I am so impressed

Keeps chin cool

Personally I love the simulacra graphic of this chill stone. Seeing my chin rest on ice makes me smile. Also, I ordered a single chill stone but 2 came in the package

Personally I love the simulacra graphic of this chill stone. Seeing my chin rest on ice makes me smile. Also, I ordered a single chill stone but 2 came in the package – 1 was cracked. Not sure what happened there, but no complaints since at least one was intact.
