Amazing company call out

I had ordered 4 of these for my chins, two had come broken. Chewy took it upon themselves to replace them! I just received the two new ones today. I am so impressed with this company and their customer service. Myself and my fur-babies thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Doesn't look anything like photos

It doesn't look like the photos and it also doesn't seem to stay cool at all.. so I don't know if I would recommend

Not best condition

was broken when received. Was able to use it but had to sand down sides where it broke so my pet did not get hurt. However he did enjoy the cooling aspect of the stone.

Keeps chin cool

Personally I love the simulacra graphic of this chill stone. Seeing my chin rest on ice makes me smile. Also, I ordered a single chill stone but 2 came in the package – 1 was cracked. Not sure what happened there, but no complaints since at least one was intact.

Bigger than I thought, but comes with one broken

It's perfect size for bunnies and chins, the only thing is that I bought two, one comes just fine and one is broken to pieces. I have to discard the broken one since I don't want my chins get cut
