My mare snorts and worries about soap bubbles going down the drain when I shower her and this bar doesn't create so many suds but gets her nice and clean. I will definitely order again. I keep it in a plastic travel soap container that has air vents to allow it to dry and it is lasting well.

I love the bar soap. It’s so much easier to use than liquid soap where I need to hold the dog with one hand and half the liquid soap that comes out seems to just go down the drain rather than into the fur. With this soap, like your own body, you just rub the bar soap over the fur and get into the spaces under the body while the dog stands. The soap lathers really well and doesn’t have a strong smell. It’s gentle enough to wash my dog multiple times a week after he gets into stuff or gets drooled on too much for my liking playing with other dogs. Excellent product. I use the bar over and over again with each shower/bath. The soap doesn’t melt. It holds up until it’s all gone. I just put it back into its cardboard box for next time. I have not tried other bar soaps so I can’t comment on how it compares with other shampoo bars.
