How does it glow in the dark? Does it have to be charged? How long will the glow last?

This leash can be charged under direct light from any light source: lamp, sunlight, etc. It takes approximately 1 hour to fully charge the product (the brighter the light source - the faster the process goes).After being charged - glowing period is 1 hour with decreasing intensity.
