BUG FILLED

I have bought many things from Chewy and my dog very happy. Unfortunately, I will no longer buy anything from Chewy because these 2 packages were filled with bugs

I have bought many things from Chewy and my dog very happy. Unfortunately, I will no longer buy anything from Chewy because these 2 packages were filled with bugs. Opened the bag, gave those to my dog, and left it on my kitchen counter closed. Low and behold an hour later i saw a bug on my counter and many more in that bag. I have not opened the other bag. I had to put that bag full of bugs in bags and through in my garbage. I need a total refund without Chewy asking me to take a picture. I am not a millennial. I am a Generation X. I will only go to my local store for dog treats for now on because it is a hassle to get my money back from 2 bags of treats filled with bugs.

Chewy was great about it and gave me a full refund, but needless to say I will not be buying them any more. Really too bad because I am finding a hard time finding another treat that was as good in quality that my pups love.
