Small but sturdy

My cat is 11 lbs. He absolutely loves cardboard scratch posts and he loves this product too! Although it is smaller than I expected, it does not move or wobble when he scratches or rolls on it. Since it’s a bit small inside, I don’t think he’ll ever lay in it, but at least he has several new scratching surfaces to enjoy.
It’s nice!
I expected this product to be a bit heavier? It’s pretty thin. Some people might prefer it but I would like my structures to be a bit heavier so they don’t slide

I do LOVE the fact that this product is made by recycled materials. It was took 3 minutes to install. It’s great for cats that love small spaces. Take it from someone who has large Maine coons, they will make themselves fit in there.
Nice cube
I bought this for our new cats, so they could look out the front window. This cube is the perfect height. They like that they can sit on it and scratch, too.

Quality not great
I was not expecting this scratcher to be so flimsy and the photos make seem like carpet, not cardboard.

Sturdy cardboard
My three 9-lb cats love this scratching box. I have the white color and it fits into my decor well. When put together according to the instructions, it is very sturdy

Best of all, the cats love scratching at it and sleeping inside it, but the cardboard itself does not shred nearly as much as most cardboard scratching surfaces. Yes, it’s more expensive than others, but the cardboard will last much longer. I think it’s a good choice for smaller cats, but may be too small for large ones.

We purchased this for our two cats for Christmas, and we were initially skeptical given the flimsiness of the box after putting it together. Within a week, the walls were already loose and pieces were falling off.. Shortly thereafter, our cat bumped into the side of it and snapped one of the walls. Yesterday, it finally reached its life expectancy.. one of our cats went to jump on it, and it collapsed. It is also worth mentioning that the product contains a bunch of tiny wooden dowels that are choking hazard for your cats when the box inevitably breaks. All in all, I recommend steering away from this product. Within a month, it’ll be in pieces, in your garbage. It’s a aesthetically pleasing product, but poorly, poorly made.

Not worth $40
For $40.00, I thought it would be more solid wood, but disappointed some parts were just cardboard. My cats love it but wished it was more sturdy.
