The best thing about this product is the fragrance- fresh, very pleasant , not overpowering at all. A real improvement over so many similar products that have a strong odor - usually fruity or flowery or baby powder smell- yuck. This product is light and clean, really nice. I tried it on each of my six rescue dogs and all but one of them was very tolerant of the application- it's a gentle non aerosol mist. On the short haired dogs the product dried quickly and the fragrance did not last more than an hour or two which was disappointing. On the longer haired dogs it made their coats feel a bit dry and stiff altho I did not saturate them it had an overall negative effect on their coats feel. I dish this product contained a light conditioner as well as fragrance - that would make the smell last longer and make the dogs coat look and feel smoother and softer. So- thus product gets an A for fragrance , a D for lasting well, and a C for overall effect. Id suggest using it with a non scentedcleave on conditioner.

I tried the Fresh Cotton Dog Cologne & Perfume spray to help my dog smell better. Not only is this product manufactured in the US, it is safe for all pets, and has USDA organic ingredients. It's so natural, and not perfumy. There are no synthetic dyes so you can feel confident about putting it on your pet. What I like is that it is light, subtle, and enjoyable without being overwhelming. I also sprayed it on my dog's blankets and bedding. It is also made for dogs with sensitive skin, so you can trust that it's safe. The scent seems to last for about 1 - 3 days, and the scent didn't change. The spray gives you a sense of giving your pet a day in the spa feeling! Luxury in a bottle for your pet.

We’ve tried a lot of grooming products over the years, but We Love Doodles Dog Cologne and Perfume really surprised us—in a good way! First off, the scent is super pleasant without being overwhelming. It’s a light, clean, almost salon-fresh smell (think baby powder meets subtle citrus). It makes our golden retriever smell like he just walked out of our groomer’s. What we loved: Gentle on sensitive skin – Our dog has allergies, and this didn’t cause any itching or irritation. Long-lasting – The scent holds for a solid 2–3 days, especially if you spritz after a bath. Easy to apply – Just a few pumps and done. The spray bottle has a nice fine mist. No alcohol or harsh chemicals – Big win for us as we avoid synthetic stuff. While the scent is lovely, it might be a bit too subtle for pet parents who want a stronger perfume. Also, if your dog’s super active or rolls around a lot, you might need to reapply more frequently. Would we buy it again? for sure!

When I ordered this product, I didn’t realize it was something made for Doodles. I don’t have a Doodle, so I when I realized my mistake I was curious how it would last on my dog. The smell is GREAT—it smells exactly like I wanted it to. Unfortunately, it doesn’t last all that long. Would it last longer on a Doodle breed that has tighter, curled hair? Probably. But I do still like the product even if it doesn’t last long on my pup.

This cologne has a light, pleasant cotton scent that’s just right for freshening up my dog without being overwhelming. I usually react to perfumes because of allergies, but this formula is so mild that I had no issues at all. My dog sometimes struggles with allergies too, and this didn’t cause any itching or irritation. Overall, it’s a great product that really helps my stinky pup smell fresh after rolling around outside, and it works perfectly before or after a bath. Definitely recommend!

I love the smell. It has been raining so much in our area and the dogs like to play outside. Wet dog smell is one of the worst. I sprayed the Doodles Dog Cologne on when they came back in the house. No more wet dog smell. Just a fresh scent. It was easy to apply. It only takes a couple of sprays to cover. I even used it on my Great Pyrenees, left him smelling wonderful.
