Well, this product’s name suggests it’s only for doodles. The description says it can be used on all types of dogs. This is not the case. I could not use it on my GST’s at all! I would’ve returned it except sum of the combs prongs bent. Don’t waste your money I guess unless you have a doodle. But even with that, I don’t see how this comb could’ve gotten through any dogs fur
