To get the most accurate size collar, measure the center of their neck a few inches down from their head. For toy or small breeds, add an inch to the neck measurement. For medium and large breeds, add two inches to the neck measurement.
I have two Bichons would the hardware on the inside of the collar pull or snag on their coats?
