Does this actually neutralize the odor keeping them from pottying in the same spot?

This enzymatic solution was formulated to attack smelly messes using only natural active ingredients. There's nothing in this formula that will keep them from returning to the same spot.

Can this be used on hardwood floors?

This solution is safe on all washable surfaces, including hardwood floors.

Is this safe for carpets, does it bleach the area like oxy products tend to do? We have a beige carpet and anytime we use a particular stain remover, it has bleached the area and has no pleasant smell. We've tried several. Nothing has worked so far to keep our dog from going there.

This product is suitable for carpets. Although this product will not harm most carpets and upholstery fabrics, all carpets and upholstery should be tested for color fastness prior to use.

Terrific smell, preferable to the Cat & Kittens version

I've been buying the Cat & Kitten version for years, and the Green Tea fragrance is just a huge improvement over that smell. I don't think this is as effective as

I've been buying the Cat & Kitten version for years, and the Green Tea fragrance is just a huge improvement over that smell. I don't think this is as effective as the aerosol Wee Away now makes (which has been a TOTAL game changer for my home and carpets), but for something to wipe over urine on hardwood floors, the Green Tea is my new go-to solution.

It didn't work for me it didn't remove the urine smell and he kept on going back to each location I sprayed and cleaned.

Green Tea scent is a welcome change

My first bottle of this was actually purchased locally. I like the smell. It doesn't have that "rug cleaner" smell. It's more like room freshener. A welcome change
