Like other one star reviewers noted, when I fed my 3-4 month old kitten this food she had diarrhea. I thought she was sick. Then I saw the reviews and switched to

Like other one star reviewers noted, when I fed my 3-4 month old kitten this food she had diarrhea. I thought she was sick. Then I saw the reviews and switched to a different dry food. Problem solved within a day or two. She ate the food but it clearly didn’t agree with her. She still eats the kitten wet food though without problems.

My Rocky turns out has a very delicate tummy! He used to throw it up quite often. I’ve tried so many different kinds of cat food. I finally figured it out. Rocky can only stomach kitten food. And it has to be grain free kitten food for life. He finally stopped throwing up. Now it’s only a hairball once in a while. So if this saves anybody some trouble. Try all kitten grain free food for your kitty. Hope this helps.!

no issues!

my kitten is 5 months old and i recently weaned her from complete to core. the transition was super easy. occasionally stinky poops but that is manageable. her coat is beautiful and soft, but she likes to drink water and i supplement with wet food (purina pro plan kitten, soon to be wellness's kitten turkey flavor. i dislike nestle as a company and wellness has great ingredients in the turkey pate recipe.) however, i am looking into switching to nulo's chicken and cod recipe because it appears to be cheaper per lb, , alleges more benefits, Unfortunate that neither appear to be WSAVA compliant but perhaps i am misinformed.

Sticky stools

My kitten mainly eats wet but we do give a meal of dry once a day. She was previously on RC but wanted something better- this food while the ingredients list looks

My kitten mainly eats wet but we do give a meal of dry once a day. She was previously on RC but wanted something better- this food while the ingredients list looks good, it smells really harsh and leaves an oily residue all over bowls. She also has stickier looser stools. She used to have perfect normal stools prior to fully transitioning. I still have it to her daily hoping it would stop but looks like I have to throw the rest of the bag away. It’s pretty much a full bag- will be trying Tiki Cat.

Both of my cats were raised on Wellness Core kitten kibble and then on Wellness Core adult foods. I regularly get compliments on how healthy they are and on the softness of their coats. Just transitioned the younger one to adult food without any issues. The older cat loved the kitten kibble, too. And not just when he was a kitten. I was constantly chasing him away from the kitten's feeding station!
