Made my healthy cat sick

I exclusively feed my two cats Wellness Complete Health Pate and Wellness Tasters/Mousse because they're the one of the best reviewed brands that my cats actually

I exclusively feed my two cats Wellness Complete Health Pate and Wellness Tasters/Mousse because they're the one of the best reviewed brands that my cats actually eat, but all the same I always worry they'll get sick of a certain flavor and they're chubby as indoor cats so I gave the core+ a shot. One of my cats is from a shelter who came with a ton of issues so she doesn't have many teeth - she seemed to eat and digest this fine, even though as others mention it's not very "pate". I have to add water and mush it up so she can eat it and it's very thick and feels plasticky so it wasn't sitting right with me from the jump. ...But, the real problem is in my other cat who for 10 years has never had a vet visit outside of general check-ups. Her stomach has been upset for days - currently 3 days off of the food after only giving her 1 total 3oz can in two days - and wow, is what is coming out of her horridly rancid. She had thrown up some bile before the other end started. Luckily she's acting fine, still eating and drinking and playing, and hasn't thrown up again since. I will note she still makes it to the litter box but it's just liquid coming out of her. I found reports of this specific food causing similar issues for pets if their food was changed so guess I'm just leaving this review in case someone else experiences this. I'm giving it one more day before she suffers through a car ride to a vet, but hoping the reviews I've read elsewhere and the fact she's acting completely normal otherwise is hopeful for just a short upset. Never switching the food until they really do get sick of the other pate again.

Best weight control and good for skin and for

DRY CANNED FOOD

This is supposed to be a wet food but it's very dry for a canned food. There is no liquid of any kind so I have to mix it with water which kind of defeats the purpose

This is supposed to be a wet food but it's very dry for a canned food. There is no liquid of any kind so I have to mix it with water which kind of defeats the purpose of buying wet canned food. As for the quality itself it seems ok. I'm not really sure if it does anything for weight loss because I will not buy it again to see if it does.
