Bundle: Wellness CORE Natural Chicken Turkey & Chicken Liver Pate + Turkey & Duck Pate Canned Cat Food

My 16yr old cat Piewackit was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism, which caused him to have High Blood Pressure and CKD. I've been feeding him a prescription diet which helped him, but he soon tired of it. Because of the Hyperthyroidism I couldn't feed him fish dinners (which he loved). He was starting to loose weight again even though he was taking medicine for his Thyroid. My Vet said I could actually feed him any food he likes so he'll start eating and regaining the weight he lost. Wellness also has other food shredded, minced, etc. which are also low in phosphorus AND the persentage is listed on their cans as an "as fed dry amount", which makes it so so much more accurate and easier for me!
