Different Recipe, Poor Results

I have been feeding my dog this for about 6 months. He loved it. He was more excited about this food than others we had given him. When I started feeding him the last bag, I noticed the size of the kibble was much smaller. I didn't think much of it, but he barely eats it and his poops have become irregular. Whatever the change was, it was bad all around. Will be looking for a new food.

Recipe changed unannounced

Have been feeding our dog this food for years, without an issue. Kibble used to be light brown and about the size of a dime. As of our April 14th 2020 autoship, the kibble is a dark brown color, harder circular kibble. Our dog refuses to eat it, even with cheese or an egg on top to entice him. It is clearly a drastic recipe change, which is not appreciated he has a sensitive stomach. We used to recommend this food to anyone, we will now be changing.

My dog has been eating this food for the last 2 years! Now she won’t eat it! The kibble like others have said has changed, I don’t understand why, and I just got a whole new bag that she will now not eat. She used to devour her food now she won’t even bother with it.

So my Dog Phoebe has been eating this since she was 2 and she absolutely adores this food! Because we are away shopping and doing stuff outta the house, Phoebe for some reason won’t eat when we’re not home so it’s excellent that we feed her this because it takes weeks to go stale in the bowl.

Dogs refuse to eat this last bag

No idea what has changed by my dogs refuse to eat this last bag. I typically buy the chicken bag and the beef bag to switch it up. Immediately they declined the very first bowl of chicken dog food and it's day 7 and I have only had luck getting them to eat it by mixing an egg or some steamed veggies in their bowl. Will be giving the beef bag a go shortly to see if that changes anything but both dogs have completely turned their nose up at this food all of a sudden. Will likely be switching brands before the next autoship to be safe.

Formula Change?

Not sure what happened but we are not happy with our latest shipment. The kibble is tiny, like the size of a chocolate chip, and normally about the size of a dime. Our dogs are not super picky but do have tummy issues when their food changes and this is the case with this batch. Extra gassy and loose stool :(

Bought four large dog food bags to send to GSD Dog Rescue desperately seeking donations during COVID19. While shipments were delayed, Chewy delivered the products exactly when stated to the rescue. They also had the best prices anywhere online. They were Angels in a time of crisis getting food to the rescue dogs.

We have been feeding this to our girl Harley since she made the switch from puppy to adult food and it's the absolute best. She has never had any digestive issues since she started on this brand and she loves the flavor. My husband and I spent many hours researching foods for her and Whole Earth Farms was the best choice by far for Harley. Thank you, Chewy for making it so easy to get my dog her food!
