Leash is great, light doesn't work

The leash itself is pretty amazing. As advertised, it does not tangle, even with two energetic pups who are still learning leash manners. Unfortunately the light on ours does not work; never has despite multiple attempts to charge it. I've reached out to the manufacturer three times in an attempt to get a replacement light, but have not received a response.

Love them but hate them

I have bought this leash and MANY double retractable leashes because the brake ALWAYS stops breaking. I can't seem to keep one longer then a few months and my dogs are only 17 and 20 lbs

If you have 2 dogs, YOU NEED THIS

I had the older model of this leash for over two years before one of the leashes snapped (one of my dogs loves squirrels a little too much!). We used it at least three times a day, so I was pretty impressed it lasted that long. This new model has been even better! I like that it is a neutral color palette. It looks a lot nicer than the old model. I also LOVE the flashlight. I live in Chicago, so it is dark before 5pm from late November to February. It makes picking up after my dogs so much easier, no more having to balance a flashlight and leash in one hand while struggling with opening a poop bag and picking up with the other. Functionally, this leash is great. I went Years using two separate leashes and always hating them getting tangled. This leash swivels really well. If you have a puller, you might have to swivel it with your hand every once in a while to get the two separated, but I would take that over the mess if two separate leashes any day. A lot of my neighbors with two dogs use this leash as well, and they seem to like it.
