Light hang too low, carrier is unstable!

I have a small mini poodle pup that weighs 4.2 pounds, and I felt claustrophobic for her. First, the carrier is very flimsy with too many zippers and entryways

I have a small mini poodle pup that weighs 4.2 pounds, and I felt claustrophobic for her. First, the carrier is very flimsy with too many zippers and entryways. I imagine the idea for convenient access is the reason for all the different zippers and entryways, but I think it’s the cause of how feeble the carrier is. Second, the description says that the carrier has a LED light and a photo shows this blue hue lighting it, but in actuality, it has a miniature flashlight and a hole in the roof to accommodate the flashlight. Lastly, the process for returning is not a simple process which is very dissatisfying.

Love that it expands!

This carrier was great to expand in the airplane because my dog is long in length and a regular carrier would not have been comfortable for her. The light is useless

This carrier was great to expand in the airplane because my dog is long in length and a regular carrier would not have been comfortable for her. The light is useless though. It sits in a weird place so you can’t see into the carrier. Reason I gave it 3 stars. If they fixed this issue than I would’ve rated it a 5.

Missing bottom on 3 out of 4

Ordered 2 and only 1 had the bottom to it. Recieved replacement 2 times and that had no bottom to it.
