Am I correct by stating that there are black sunflower seed hulls in the photo? If so, there will be a mess. Let me know. Thank you.

This bird food blend does not include sunflower hulls.
Will any of the items in this feed germinate? My flowerbed is a mess with weeds from a bird seed that wasn’t supposed to germinate.

This bird seed formula can germinate. If the conditions are right the peanuts or hulled pumpkin seeds could grow. Wild Delight does not treat the seeds in-house with any kind of chemical to make them dormant. They are natural seeds.

Wild Delight, not so

This smells delicious when you open the package, however it has too many corn bits. I purchased this for my woodpecker feeder, bluejays and black birds preferred it. I purchased another brand, much better.

artificial flavor

The last ingredient is artificial flavor. Why on earth is this an additive? I'm sorry I didn't notice this before. I am on my 3rd bag of this food. I will not buy again.

Lined up waiting for feeders to be filled!

Our outside birds love this food! What the birds don’t eat the squirrel finishes off! In the morning, before we fill the feeders the birds are lined up on the wires or on our fence in wait of refill! It’s delightful!

My yard birds won't eat the raisins

Overall a good product if they removed the raisins. My yard birds are doves, cardinals, blue jays, black birds, wrens, and none of them will eat the raisins. I have a dog so I have to be careful and clean up the raisins before she goes out as they are toxic to dogs. Good product if there is no access by dogs. Also most bags have been very fresh with great smell while the last was clearly stale with little smell.

Not a fan of this.

I was looking for a product that wouldn’t leave a lot of mess on our deck. This was not that product. There are a lot of items in it that none of the birds eat, and it was much more expensive than other products that achieved my desired result.

Love this zero waste bird food

What a treat it is to watch how much the birds love this food. Between my Squirrel Baffler pole which my feeders hang from, and the yummy blend of seeds, there is no mess to clean up. I have such an array of birds that give me so much joy to watch.

What a treat!

The aroma when you open a bag is incredibly fruity! We mix this in with other wild bird seed we use. The birds love it. I hope Chewy continues to stock this!

Great product

I've used this for many years but am now unable to get it locally as the birding store is out of business. There is zero waste with this product- no shells, attracts a wide variety of birds. Also seems to keep the squirrels, rabbits and deer happy.
