Does it fit standard potty bags or just wild one potty bags?

This bag carrier fits standard rolls.

If the elastic loop doesn't come apart in some manner, would you explain how it can attach to a thick, hard plastic, leash’s handle?

The elastic band can be tied to just about anything by creating a slip knot with the elastic band. See the product video on this product page for more details.

Very Convenient & Easy to Use

I love this poop bag carrier. I walk my dogs several times after dark, and this carrier is much easier to use when you find your self trying to hold the leash,

I love this poop bag carrier. I walk my dogs several times after dark, and this carrier is much easier to use when you find your self trying to hold the leash, a flashlight and get a bag to pick up poop. I have been using a zippered carrier, which I loved, but these are much better when your hands are already full.

This bag carrier is fairly compact with what feels like a rubberized coating on the surface. It uses bags that have a tube in the center ( like toilet paper rolls)

This bag carrier is fairly compact with what feels like a rubberized coating on the surface. It uses bags that have a tube in the center ( like toilet paper rolls) and has a post cast into the housing for easier rolling.. The cover is a screw on type but, it’s located on the bottom and is a cause for mild concern if the cap unscrews from activity you might have a mess if you notice it. The cover hasn’t come loose yet but, I am worried with use if this might become an issue? I miss my old NOZ container that had a rubber bottom that the bags would pass through from center of the roll. It was with me and 3 of my GSD’s hikes and walks.

This carrier (I bought black) works well with the other bags (also black) that I purchased from another retailer. I did prefer the grippy texture of the pink starter

This carrier (I bought black) works well with the other bags (also black) that I purchased from another retailer. I did prefer the grippy texture of the pink starter roll they include with this carrier. Wild One's bags have a matte 'velvety' texture that makes them feel durable however they were a pain to open. I spent more time than usual trying to peel the free edge to open the bags. It must've been comical for the neighbors to watch through their windows. 1-2 minutes each time. That said, I'd still recommend this purchase and would buy again. Also the elastic bungee is a bit too long but hasn't posed a problem otherwise. We like it.
