This harness fit my shihtzus the best, but I'm too nervous having plastic rings/attachments. If your dog doesn't pull a lot, this might be perfect for you. The only other negative was that there isn't a neck clasp so my dogs didn't like having to squeeze it over their big ol' heads.

The measurement were off, the harness was much smaller than expected and too small for my dog to wear. The D rings are also made of plastic, not metal.

It fit her perfectly ( I got her a large) and the color is so nice too. There are three clips that could be hooked onto and it doesn’t pull at her neck like a leash would. We love it
