Wishbone Mix & Munch Beef & Ocean Fish for cats is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only. Adjust food portion according to age and lifestyle.
Keep fresh water available at all times.
For maximum freshness reseal after opening.
Gradually transition your pet to any new food over the course of 7-14 days to help avoid the digestive upset that abrupt changes in diet can cause. If your pet tends to be on the sensitive side, it may be best to take a little extra time.
Start by feeding your pet a mix of 25% new food and 75% old food for the first few days.
Then, increase the amount of new food to about 50% and feed that half-and-half mix for a few days.
Proceed to feeding 75% new food/25% old food for the next few days.
Complete the transition by feeding just the new food on its own.

I found numerous (five or six) small pieces of fish bone in the food. Well, two weren't so small--one was almost an inch long (but slender) and a second was a bit over an inch long. It looked like these were pieces of fin. The smaller pieces were only about a 1/4 inch or so and were found when I lightly crushed the bigger pieces out of the bag, which were an inch or a bit more long, before adding water. If you buy this food, I'd recommend doing the light crush, followed by inspection. as with all freeze dried food, my dogs and cats like it better after it's steeped in hot or warm H2O.

Been buying my cat freeze dried food so I decided to try this. He took one sniff and walked away. None of my cats or dog would even try a bite off it. Took it to see if the feral cats at work would and they would not even touch it. Money wasted!
