Is Wondercide wasp and hornet spray safe for birds?

Wondercide Wasp & Hornet should not be used in the home and is meant for targeted outdoor use on wasps, hornets, and similar pests. The ingredients are plant-powered and safe around birds when used as directed, though this aerosol should not be sprayed directly on or near birds because they have more sensitive systems than other pets. Wild birds will typically remove themselves from the area during spraying. Pet birds should be removed from the area being sprayed and reintroduced after the spray has had time to settle.

Will this deter honey bees from outdoor patio areas?

Wondercide Wasp + Hornet Porch is designed to kill wasps, hornets, and yellow jackets by contact when they're sprayed directly but isn't designed as a repellent. Avoid spraying Honey Bees directly or they may die, but spraying in the environment will not deter honey bees.

Can this be used around my patio to deter the wasps and kill any flying in the area?

This should not be sprayed into the air. Wait for the insect to land, and spray from a safe distance away from the insect.

If you’re going to sit down on your patio or upper outdoor deck, this is great to have on hand. Seems like just as soonas somebody sits down with the sandwich the bees come over. I’ll spray some of this on the back of the chairs. And then when there’s really one pesky one, an aggressive one, I’ll make sure I get them with the spray directly. Nothing is coming near my dogs.

I just used this for the first time. Shake it first and it sprays far to reach the nests. It does kill the wasps immediately so you can safely knock the nest down
