The piece displays beautifully but it’s not perfect. The wood pieces are cheap but the whole piece is sturdy once’s put together. The doors, while made of a strong material, are flimsy on the rail. I would not recommend this for any dog that is not comfortable in any crate as they will easily pry their way out of it. It comes with a million pieces (exaggeration) so it took about 3 hours to put it together. It’s a good size for medium dogs (under 60 lbs) but would not recommend for anything bigger. For the price, I would absolutely recommend to anyone that has the time and energy to put together furniture.
Missing vital part!
All in all while building it, it seemed like it was exactly what I wanted but the #6 top piece (a very large piece) was completely gone. The email address given

The email address given (that promised a reply with in 24 hours) has not responded in over a week! ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Chewy refunded me 100% I was SO disappointed my kennel is scrap and I have to find a new one.
Arrived with water damage
My husband and I got this put together within 24 hours of arrival and down to the last piece to find water damage. We need the top piece replaced with the power

There is obvious bubbling and separation of the wood overlay that will get worse with time. In the process of requesting a replacement piece because we do not want to put this entire thing together to we again nor take it apart.

Great size for 2 dogs. I have a small “wiener dog” and a medium “mutt” and I love this size for them. I’m not very good at these things, but I was able to put this
Great size for 2 dogs. I have a small “wiener dog” and a medium “mutt” and I love this size for them. I’m not very good at these things, but I was able to put this together mostly by myself. The middle piece helps stabilize the whole thing, so I wouldn’t attempt to use it without it installed. It’s screwed in so it wouldn’t just slide in and out easily anyways. Very sturdy and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it was slightly damaged in shipping. That’s not the fault of Chewy, but a chunk of the top corner was missing. I was able to hide it so I didn’t have to try to initiate a return. I could care less about the light strip on top, but it’s a nice extra feature. The remote it comes with doesn’t work properly, but you can download an app for all the controls and it works just fine. I appreciate the power plug on top and the 2 usb ports comes in handy. Great value!

This item is great quality. Pretty intricate to put together took several hours. I don’t think any of the furniture crates are wide enough. They’re long and narrow

Ordered Friday. Got it Tuesday. HEAVY BOX. Nothing came too chipped or scratched. HUGE. Have husky and two smaller dogs and this fits them all comfortably. Took

Took me 4.5 hours to put together but only cause I made sure everything was tight and sturdy. Some instructions are missing steps but doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Worth the 1/2 of other vendors (sameish design model was over $300 elsewhere). 4 of 5 just cause there’s no liner for the crate and it’s not a waterproof bottom. **tray values another 50-100$ for both sides or cost of caulk)
