We got a large for our 50 lb beagle mix and it looks like a perfect size. I love that it is just an understated little flower rather than a whole sweater or bandana that never seems to fit. The flower attaches to the collar and stays put. She doesn't even know she has it on but looks oh so adorable with it on. I went to the Worthy Dog website and bought 8 more!
