Great shirt, but sizing is way off!

I measured my dog and according to the measurements he is a medium, the medium wouldn’t even let me get his legs in it. For reference I have a 26lbs Cavalier King

I measured my dog and according to the measurements he is a medium, the medium wouldn’t even let me get his legs in it. For reference I have a 26lbs Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. It was so small on him that I don’t think a large would work either- maybe an X-large.
