Cute as a toy, not really functional as a hat

The strap and closure on the toy is uncomfortable and bulky, no matter how adjusted. This is cute enough as a toy but not very functional as a hat. Was able to snap

The strap and closure on the toy is uncomfortable and bulky, no matter how adjusted. This is cute enough as a toy but not very functional as a hat. Was able to snap one quick pic before my dog panicked and started making gagging sounds because of how the little button at the bottom was pushing on her throat!
