It's cute but not great quality

I really want to love this collar it's cute I like that the bells detachable but it started to fray almost immediately and it wont stay adjusted. It'll fit her perfectly

I really want to love this collar it's cute I like that the bells detachable but it started to fray almost immediately and it wont stay adjusted. It'll fit her perfectly when I put it on but be too big in 15 minutes, that's not even close to safe so it's borderline unusable.
