Pretty Collar for Female Dog

The one thing I did not like about the collar was underneath collar where the ends were sewn was very hard and scratchy. Not very comfortable for my dog. I think

The one thing I did not like about the collar was underneath collar where the ends were sewn was very hard and scratchy. Not very comfortable for my dog. I think it had heat applied to it to keep it from fraying. I had to take scissors & cut parts of the hard part off so it was not scratchy. If that hadn't worked, I would have sent it back.
