So cute but too small.

I purchased two shirts, both The Worthy Dog size small, but this shirt seems like an extra small. The neck is teeny tiny and way too tight. This shirt is so adorable

I purchased two shirts, both The Worthy Dog size small, but this shirt seems like an extra small. The neck is teeny tiny and way too tight. This shirt is so adorable and goes with a theme I need for something. I’m super bummed it doesn’t fit. The other shirt, also size small, fits perfectly!
