This is very cute! I struggled finding a cute harness that would fit my slim and small chihuahua when she was 1.5 lbs - 3.7 lbs. The “tiny” size of the The Worthy Dog Plaid Sidekick Dog Harness -Tan worked great for my slim and small puppy. When Gidget started to outgrow the tiny size, I purchased the xx-small. She’s a slim 4 lbs long hair chi. This harness is easy to get on and off, and there’s comfort knowing she can’t wiggle out of it.

First ordered Small, since by the size chart, it should have fit. It did not. The neck clasp was too small. Chewy kindly refunded me and sent a Medium. It is too

He can wear it but it looks very much like a kid wearing his older brother's coat that he will 'grow in to' . I did not ask for another refund, but I do not recommend this harness.
Stays in place
My dog has short legs, so anything with arms, he walks out of them. This stays on and of course looks cute.
