What is the monthly charge after the prepay. Card runs out?

The Wyze Cam does not require a subscription. The CAM Plus Prepaid card simply adds extra features to the camera such as unlimited motion recording, no down time between recordings, instant notifications for detected motion, package/vehicle alerts and more.

Do I activate card through a app

To activate the service, there's a part at the back of the card that needs to be scratched, please scratch that so the code will show. Go to services.wyze.com then login to your account. Tap the "Have a code?" button. Input the code then tap Apply. Choose to Subscribe to Cam Plus Monthly Plan. Finish the transaction.

Do I need to purchase one of these for each camera, or will it work on the 4 cameras I have?

Each prepaid card is for use with a single camera. It cannot be divided for use with separate camera's.

Does Wyze need to connect it to WIFI inorder to use it?

All Wyze cameras (sold separately) require internet connection to work properly.

Not a good option

I thought this would be a great deal and maybe for those with only one camera it would be. I have 4 cameras so I need a different type of plan. A more expensive

I thought this would be a great deal and maybe for those with only one camera it would be. I have 4 cameras so I need a different type of plan. A more expensive plan. Okay, normally not a problem, but I asked what to do next and they had no idea. I thought at the very least they should give me a refund or apply the amount of my basic subscrtiption for premium on multi cameras. So confusing and without support to make it work, I'm stuck with gift cards I can't use.
