We love Wyze cams. We use them to monitor our indoor cats to see what they are up to. We used one on a sleeping spot to monitor the heartrate/breathing rate of my heart kitty before he passed. We use them to monitor the birds feeding outside and to monitor the outside kitty we are working on trapping to get fixed up. We use them during the trapping process for TNRing or rescuing to ensure I see when they are trapped. I use them after the cats are trapped to watch over them making sure they are safe in my second building. I use them when I pet sit for my sister's pets so we can see what they are up to as they are used to someone living there (I enjoy seeing them exploring the boxes and toys I leave). We have wyze cams everywhere.

I purchased four of these and I'm back for one more. There's isn't anything particularly fancy about these cameras, but they work great for me. I use all of the outdoors. I'm not sure why some people have experienced trouble setting up these cameras. I had no difficulty whatsoever. It's kind of self-explanatory, I think, but maybe that's not true for everyone. The picture quality is very good, even at night. The sound quality is good, though a little choppy if the sound is coming from a distance. I don't use the two-way audio or the spotlight, so I can't comment about those functions. I do subscribe annually for the cloud storage and extra benefits. Overall, I am very pleased with these little inexpensive cameras.

Upon receiving this little camera. I wasn’t sure how well or easy this Wyze camera would be. I can say I’m pleasantly surprised. The setup was beyond easy. You just download the app and plug it in. The installation is simple. Follow a few steps and you’re ready to record and/or take photos. I’m not home some of the days. I like being able to keep an eye on my fur baby. It’s comforting. The picture quality is amazing. There’s also a magnetic bottom that is helpful for me to mount it in the area my dog frequents. I’ve bribed my dog lol so I can show you exactly how it performed initially right out of the box. I do recommend this camera if you’re looking for excellent quality and phenomenal performance. The YEARLY subscription is only $19.99 and you get the first month free. You can’t beat that price. I hope you purchase this Wyze camera with confidence and enjoy never actually not being with your fur baby.

I'm sure this product would be great if you can set it up correctly. I worked on setting this up for over 30 minutes and gave up. I'll probably try again but I'm beginning to think I may have gotten a lemon. The camera while plugged in kept saying, Ready to connect now. When I unplugged the camera it was very hot, that's not normal. Also, the instructions are not clear at all, plus you have to pay for the subscription or it doesn't work. At the end I realized you need 2 products for the camera to be linked to, I don't understand why but app kept asking for another phone or laptop to add. I got so confused!

I love this little thing. It’s so easy to set up and then you have access to whatever you want to see. I have it on my hamster cage because they are nocturnal so I can see what she does while I’m asleep. It has night vision so it’s perfect for that. It’s easy to move as well, so I was able to watch my guinea pigs as well, when I got a new one, to make sure they were getting along. Such a great little camera!
