The dryer has passive heat from the motor--it will not be instantly warm but will heat up in a short time after the machine is turned on. It does not have active heat settings.

Got stuck with it

I only got this one because they failed to ship the one I ordered weeks before. This could ship faster. It’s pretty useless as a dryer.

Great dryer

I purchased this 5 years ago, it has done wonderful. But, now it has gone out on me. Started to smell like hot plastic and turns its self off after a couple minutes

Great dryer!

I’ve only used the dryer once but it made bath time so much better knowing 60lb Bailey was actually dry enough to go potty out in the cold within a couple hours

I’ve only used the dryer once but it made bath time so much better knowing 60lb Bailey was actually dry enough to go potty out in the cold within a couple hours after his bath! It really made him fluffy and brushing him was a bit easier.

Great before it caught fire

I have had the dryer for a several months not quite a year yet. Worked well and got the job done for its price. Today while I was drying a shepherd out all of a

I have had the dryer for a several months not quite a year yet. Worked well and got the job done for its price. Today while I was drying a shepherd out all of a sudden it start bellowing thick electric smoke and then caught on fire. Thankfully I was by a back door and slung it outside but still really dangerous. Spend more money and get better equipment.

pointless spending

So I bought this and received it yesterday. I have 2 huskies, and it’s that time of the year where they lose tufts and clumps of fur like no tomorrow. I got this

So I bought this and received it yesterday. I have 2 huskies, and it’s that time of the year where they lose tufts and clumps of fur like no tomorrow. I got this to blow their coats out, and suffice to say, I’m not impressed. I spent 2 hours just on 1 dogs hindquarters, because this was barely powerful enough to remove the clumps. It removed the regular single hair sheds. But the undercoat was barely effected unless I held the hose right up, almost to his skin. since it’s also a blow dryer and puts off a little heat, I didn’t want to do that for the amount of time that would’ve been necessary to get the fur off the small area, in case it starting burning him. I should’ve just used the money I paid for this, to bring him to a groomer.

Blows Cold Air

I was disappointed in this dryer. I am not a professional groomer so maybe dryers for dogs do not blow warm air but my dog was shivering the air was so cold. I would

I was disappointed in this dryer. I am not a professional groomer so maybe dryers for dogs do not blow warm air but my dog was shivering the air was so cold. I would rather blow dry with a warm setting and take longer then have my dog freeze while he is dried.

warranty great! $72 shipping to fix is terrible

Worked great until it didn’t. Had it for a couple months, used it two maybe three times and then it started to smoke and burn while in use. Company states one year

Company states one year warranty, which is great except for shipping is at your cost. I just got back from the post office and estimated shipping is $72. I will not be replacing this or sending it back. Great customer service bad warranty
