Instructions
Once out of the box assembly is a simple process. The Heat pad goes on the outside bottom of the tank. Remove adhesive back and apply to the glass bottom. The rubber feet go on the four corners of the tank to raise the base up of the heat chord and allow ventilation beneath the tank. The bedding goes in first followed by placement of the cave and the water bowl. The moss needs to be dampened and placed inside the hide spot. The jungle vine can be put in any configuration arounf the tank while the thermometer needs to be fixed to the tank inside wall near the hide spot. For cleaning somply remove everything except the heat pad. Use terrarium cleaning products to wipe down the glass interior and exterior. When done replace everything but use fresh bedding and fresh moss.

The only thing I would keep out of this pack is the aspen and the undertank heater (though I recommend a ceramic overtank ceramic heater over an undertank for a corn snake, but it will work and XYZ is a good brand), and I could pick those up separately for cheaper. You don't need a hook for a corn snake, or the moss (especially if you're using aspen), and those stick-on digital thermometers are wildly inaccurate, plus there is only one. You can also find cheaper decorations and water bowls, but they aren't terrible. My suggestion to improve this package is to lose the hook and moss. Add a pair of long feeding tongs, the aspen, a ceramic heater or this undertank heat pad, and two (2) stand-alone temperature readers that can be moved around the habitat to monitor hot and cool sides. Also add more decorations, a bigger bowl, and two (2 hides). Otherwise we love Chewy for our corn snake and all of our pets! Happy noodling!
