All of the perches and baskets have a diameter of 12 inches. The rims of the top 3 perches measure approximately 4 inches.
Do the 2 larger enclosed condo's have a large pole going through the inside of this cat tree? If so, how much room does it take up?

The kitty condos in this cat tree do not have a pole running through the inside of them.
What’s the max weight this tree can handle? I.e., can it hold 5 adult cats?

This cat tree is designed for 3-4 kittens/medium cats. The maximum weight capacity for the condo is 22 pounds, and the maximum weight capacity for the basket and perch is 11 pounds.
