Sturdy. Easy to follow instructions. I ordered black and it is a dark gray. Ramp on the bottom is steep, maybe it should be for scratching on instead.A little difficult

Loose fitted screws
This cat tree has very loose perch stands for my cat. I am scared he will knock it over if I didn't place it in the corner of the room, which is not near a window

Great space
Not as sturdy or stable as my last one. We’ve had to repair it 2-3 times. Posts come off. No support on sides of cat houses.
