Perch not secure. Heavy. Easy to put together

This cage was very easy to put together. Arrives quickly. It’s sturdy for sure. But it is quite heavy. Its size is as I thought it would be but I just didn’t realize

This cage was very easy to put together. Arrives quickly. It’s sturdy for sure. But it is quite heavy. Its size is as I thought it would be but I just didn’t realize how heavy it would be. So take that into consideration. Weighing on a scale it was 13 pounds which really isn’t a lot but accounting for how large and awkward it is to hold it is inconvenient. It’s very well built, however, and my bird was happy in it. My main issue is the perch on the inside will not stay put and falls out no matter how I try to set it. In the car it did this and then slides around. So this needs to be remediated. It’s also a very thick perch and maybe should include two different dowel sizes. He can stand on it but preferred not to. And it’s hard for him to grip the dowel when in the car. But he prefers to just hang upside down anyway so. I recommend if you’re up for carrying it for any amount of time. I took him to the vet for a checkup and will use it when he needs to be put up during cooking time to avoid heavy smells bothering him.

Strong simple travel cage.

It is very sturdy and has good latches to keep doors closed. It is a bit heavy for travel. The water and food dishes are a good size, stainless steel and secure

It is very sturdy and has good latches to keep doors closed. It is a bit heavy for travel. The water and food dishes are a good size, stainless steel and secure. It has two small doors for the dishes and one large door at an end, I would prefer a smaller door for less chance of bird escape. The seed net does not fit the cage. It will work well to take the little one out to the porch in the nice weather. Good strong product for the money.

Size and price

I can’t use the inside perch. It doesn’t secure to the cage. It slides. I’m afraid of it falling and injuring my pet while traveling. I couldn’t find a perch

I can’t use the inside perch. It doesn’t secure to the cage. It slides. I’m afraid of it falling and injuring my pet while traveling. I couldn’t find a perch that secured on both sides of the cage in the correct size for my pet. I bought one that only secures on one side. I’m hoping that it will work.

It’s a really nice and sturdy cage for traveling. When we go to our son’s water polo tournaments for a weekend our caique goes with us. Great investment!!

It is doable. But the manufacturer should review how this cage is made. Now, I did not have time to return for another one because I was moving. One of the panels

It is doable. But the manufacturer should review how this cage is made. Now, I did not have time to return for another one because I was moving. One of the panels was bent. It really is not the sturdiest. So I had to re secure it to make it safe for her. She is a special needs bird so quality is important to me. I made it work.

This is a sturdy cage with sufficient room for traveling with my green cheek conure. Thankfully there were not too many parts for assembly BUT I can to find someone

This is a sturdy cage with sufficient room for traveling with my green cheek conure. Thankfully there were not too many parts for assembly BUT I can to find someone with tools to fix one of the door locks where the food cups go because it wouldn't lock. He said there was 'extra' metal inside that had to be removed in order for the latch to go all the way inside. That could have been a deal breaker for me.
